Dhaval joined Compass in 2022. In his current role as Accountant he ensures clients’ financial records are accurate and up to date. This includes reviewing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financials.

Favorite Part of My Job
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is working with different Compass CFO clients and helping keep their financials organized and accurate. I enjoy reviewing numbers, identifying issues, and ensuring the books are clean so clients can make better financial decisions.
Proudest Professional Achievement
Over the past several years, I have successfully managed accounting for multiple clients while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. Being trusted with several client accounts and consistently delivering reliable financials is something I’m really proud of.
Goal I’m Working Towards
I’m focused on continuing to grow in the accounting space and strengthening my expertise in financial analysis and client advisory so I can add even more value to the clients I work with.
