Thinking of new ways to support my clients and my employees is genuinely energizing because it lets me blend creativity with meaningful impact. I love finding solutions that make their work (and their lives) a little easier.

Proudest professional achievement

Scaling Compass CFO Solutions through sustained operational growth while developing and training employees. I’m proud that we’ve strengthened performance, elevated standards, and built a more capable, confident team.

Driving engagement and continuous optimization on our newly launch portal, ensuring it becomes a valuable, intuitive hub for our users.
